 About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate leads, build B2B client relationships, and drive sales in the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B sales (calls, emails, networking, and client meetings).
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
For Experienced Candidates (1+ years):
Proven track record in IT sales, software sales, or B2B sales.
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
For Freshers:
Good English communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiastic, quick learner, and willing to build a career in IT sales.
For All Candidates:
Ability to understand IT/software solutions and explain them to clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
